These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the "My Rules" application (the "Service") provided by the operator (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to all provisions of these Terms.
Article 1 (AI Coach Function Design Guidelines and Non-Warranty)
The AI Coach function within the Service operates based on the following design guidelines (prompts). You acknowledge that these are specifications of this function and differ from general conversational AI or human counseling.
AI information is automatically generated by artificial intelligence, and the Operator makes no warranty whatsoever regarding its accuracy, validity, safety, or usefulness.
The Operator shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever for any physical or mental harm or economic loss occurring to users or third parties arising from the use of AI information.
Article 2 (User Responsibility and Safe Use)
Users shall decide the content of goals, actions, and "rewards" set within the Service at their own judgment and responsibility.
The Service is not a medical institution, and the functions provided are not intended for treatment, diagnosis, or counseling.
The Operator shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or health problems arising from the use of the Service.
Article 3 (Eligibility and Age Restrictions)
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use the Service with the express consent and under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Minor users (under 18) are restricted to following only confirmed offline acquaintances through an application and approval process.
When guardians use the Service for managing their children, guardians are responsible for appropriately supervising the content and ensuring safety.
Article 4 (Points and Data Handling)
Points within the Service are virtual values and cannot be exchanged for real currency, electronic money, or prizes.
The Operator may delete or modify data without notice due to system maintenance or operational decisions.
Users are responsible for backing up their own data. The Operator shall not compensate for any damages caused by data loss.
Article 5 (Premium Service, Advertising, and Fees)
Premium function usage fees and payment methods are as indicated in each app store.
Refunds or cancellations after payment confirmation will not be accepted for any reason, including dissatisfaction with AI behavior or response length.
The Operator is not responsible for any malfunctions on the advertising side in the free version.
All communication costs and costs related to "rewards" set by users are to be borne by the user.
Article 8 (Comprehensive Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Service to users.
The Operator's liability for damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to the Operator within the most recent one-month period (0 yen for free users).
【AI-Generated Content Disclaimer】Any insights, coaching, analysis, or feedback provided by the Service's AI features are based on statistical patterns and do not guarantee complete accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any specific goal. Users shall exercise their own judgment and discretion when acting upon AI-generated suggestions. The Company shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of such AI-generated content.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these Terms.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's place of residence.
Article 11 (Language)
The Japanese version of these Terms shall be the official text. In the event of any conflict between the Japanese text and a translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.
