The operator of "My Rules" (the "Operator") establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in the "My Rules" service (the "Service").
Article 1 (Information Collected and Purpose of Use)
The Service collects and uses user input (affirmations, journals, chat), device identification (Advertising ID), and usage logs for service provision, analysis, and advertising optimization.
User Input: Used for AI response generation and display within the app.
Advertising ID (GAID): Used for identification, fraud prevention, and ad optimization.
Article 2 (AI and Non-Learning Policy)
The Service uses third-party APIs (such as OpenAI) to provide AI functions.
The APIs are configured so that transmitted data (journal entries, chats) is NOT used for AI model training. Your private data will not be used to improve the AI's knowledge base.
Users should not input confidential personal information. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from such inputs.
Article 3 (External Modules)
The Service uses Firebase/Google Analytics and Google AdMob. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The Operator strives to protect data but does not guarantee complete security.
The Operator shall not be liable for damages arising from cyber attacks, server malfunctions, or other force majeure.
